With over 40 vintages at Tyrell’s and serving as Chief Winemaker since 1989, Andrew has been instrumental in crafting some of Australia's most iconic wines, including the renowned Vat 1 Semillon and Vat 47 Chardonnay. His dedication to excellence has earned him accolades such as the Winemaker of the Year by Winestate and Gourmet Traveller WINE magazines, and most recently, the F Miller & Co Prize for Winemaker of the National Wine of Provenance at the 2024 Royal Adelaide Wine and Spirit Awards.

In 2025, Tyrell’s Wines was honored as one of the World’s Top 50 Most Admired Wine Brands by Drinks International, debuting at number 40 and earning the title of Highest New Entry. 

What to Expect:

• Five-Course Dinner: Each course thoughtfully crafted by our Head Chef, Robert Taylor.. Chef Rob brings over 22 years of culinary experience, emphasising local ingredients, simplicity, and freshness in his cooking.

• Wine Pairings: Each dish will be paired with a premium Tyrell’s wine, selected to complement the flavors of the course.

• Winemaker Insights: Andrew Spinaze will share stories and insights about each wine, offering a deeper understanding of Tyrell’s winemaking philosophy and heritage.
